The TLC Group has a young, vibrant and enthusiastic workforce. We have undertaken contracts interstate and offshore but mostly work within the Sydney region.
All staff undergo stringent induction, training in company policies and management procedures, as well as ongoing safety training. TLC is committed to staff improvement and advancement strategies and we openly provide assistance to employees wishing to undergo further tertiary studies.
We operate a large fleet of modern vehicles, plant and machinery. Equipment is regularly serviced and maintained so that it is available at all times. Purchasing procedures are in place to take into account OH&S and environmental considerations.
TLC has the necessary IT systems and hardware to keep up to date with modern communication requirements. We also have the resources to build specific systems to meet our clients needs.
