Sessions are available on Zoom/Skype or face-to-face.
The investment for Specialised Coaching is $350 per session. Each session includes preparation, face-time and follow up.

Too often Leadership programs are based on the preferences of the provider, rather than the needs of the team or organisation. We will work with you to identify your specific leadership development needs and design a program tailored to those needs. We can then help you select the best provider to meet those needs.
We can also work with Boards, executive and project teams to explore what is going on day-to-day and intervene and reflect as appropriate as an action learning process.
Peer Learning Groups
The purpose of Leadership Circles is to improve the effectiveness of participants’ leadership: helping them to become more self-aware leaders, engage better with people, make better decisions and achieve better results through a unique experience of peer-based learning, coaching and online resources.
The program is delivered through a peer advisory group model comprised of leaders from diverse non-competing organisations. The Group operates under strict confidentiality protocols and is facilitated by a sponsor with a proven leadership track record and relevant qualifications. The PLC Sponsor provides support and insight in their role as coach and facilitator of the group.
The unique value proposition for the LCs is a focus on vertical learning, increasing consciousness and immediate impact on leadership capability, as a result of dealing with present leadership issues in real time. This is achieved with the creation of a trusting and mutually supportive environment in which the collective wisdom of the group can be applied to individual leadership challenges.
The program includes the following components:
Bi-monthly workshops with a premium guest speaker and using peer case consultation to address individual leadership challenges
Monthly 1 hour coaching session (telephone/video conference)

The Leadership Circle Profile
The Harthills Leadership Development Framework Profile will show you which leadership “action logics” you apply most often and offer a clear and specific development inquiry to broaden and deepen your leadership capability.
Each leader is informed by a dominant Action Logic which has been shaped by time, experience and learning. A leader’s Action Logic both enables and constrains effectiveness, interacting with the demands made on the leader. Most leaders, however, are not conscious of their Action Logic and thus are ‘blind’ to it. They are unaware they can transform beyond the limits of their current ways of thinking and acting.
The Leadership Circle Profile is the only instrument that measures the two primary leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies – and integrates this information so that key opportunities for leadership development immediately rise to the surface. Administered and debriefed by a Certified Practitioner who specializes in your industry and organizational needs, the Leadership Circle Profile assessment and debrief process is specifically tailored to every individual’s development.
